How Will You Deliver My Order?.

Your order will be delivered to you through a Registered Courier Service at the address you have stated. In case of Cash On Delivery order, the courier will collect the money in cash from you when he delivers the order.

How will it Take for my Order to Arrive?

Your order will usually reach your doorstep between 2 to 5 working days from the date of order. However the delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy holiday season or our mega sales events. 

How much do you charge for shipping? 

Orders Above Rs.2599 We Ship Free of Charge.
Orders Below Rs.2599 We Charge Rs.199

What if My Order Hasn’t Arrived in 5 Days?

The Reason could be due to Busy Holiday Season or Other Events so We Suggest that you wait at least 10 working Days. IF after 10 Working days your Order Still Hasn't Arrived you can Contact us at 03295787024 ( Whatsapp\SMS ) or email at helpsilkysoles@gmail.com   

Can I Open The Package Before Paying The Delivery Guy?  Unfortunately You Can't, But as we are offering 14-Days Free Replacments there's no need to worry about not getting the right Order.
