Delivery And Returns Policies

Delivery:

  • Delivery Charges are Rs 199/- ( Sometimes Free )
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Other Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 7 working days during busy shopping season or in case of excess demand.
  • We Confirm each order via Call/sms or WhatsApp from our Customer Service Representatives.
  • If your item still hasn't been delivered within ten (10) business days, please contact us at 03295787024 (SMS\Whatsapp) or helpsilkysoles@gmail.com and we can launch an investigation.

Returns And Replacment: 

   Returns:

  • We offer returns Within 30 days from the date your order is delivered/received.
  • The Customer would need to send us a video showcasing the complaint that they Claim.
  • IF We receive the product and it doesn't seem to show signs of the Complaint that the Customer did, then the return would be not considered in Faulty And incorrect category.
  • Delivery Charges will not be refunded which in most cases is Rs. 199.
  • The goods, must be complete with all components and the packaging should be Original and must be not be damaged.
  •  The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged then the charges are on us.
  • Customer needs to return the merchandise via registered post only ie. Pakistan Post to our address.

  Replacements:

  • We Offer Replacements Within 365 Days from the date your order is delivered/received.

     We try to make exchanges as hassle free as possible for our customers that is why we have 2 options for exchange, you can choose the one you prefer.

  • 1st Scenario.

    For replacement you have to send the items back to us by any courier service and as soon as we receive the items, we will dispatch your replacement order with Rs.150 delivery charges only. ( if the item is incorrect or damaged then the charges won't apply)

  • 2nd Scenario.

    We do offer pickup service as well in which rider will come and will pick that product from your location and will deliver you your replacement order but this process will cost you Rs.200 (if the item is incorrect or damaged then the charges won't apply)

  • Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit.
