Order Processing Time

• We’ll get your order ready to ship within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, except holidays).
• You’ll get an email from us once your order is on its way.

• We have different shipping options for you. The cost will show up at checkout.

• Standard Shipping (3-7 business days): 199 PKR. ( Sometimes FREE )
• Faster Shipping (2-3 business days): 299 PKR. ( DISCONTINUED )

• Right now, we only ship within the country. Check back later for international shipping!

• Once we ship your order, we’ll email you a tracking number.
• If your order hasn’t arrived in 7 days after shipping, email us at helpsilkysoles@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we’ll help you out.

• Currently, We are not Shipping to P. Offices. 

• We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.

• Check your order when you get it. If something is wrong, like it’s damaged or you got the wrong item, contact us right away.
